challenge

How might we visually represent the collaboration between IBM and CCEP in a fun and interactive way for the RFI, while also supporting the design of solutions that address future business needs? Our challenge was to research and develop an engaging, interactive pitch that highlights IBM as the ideal partner for CCEP’s transformation journey.

CCEP’s Strategy

They are a leader in the €125 billion soft drinks market, with brands so popular that they reach millions of people, businesses, and communities daily. To sustain this strong growth, they must focus on making the right choices and setting clear priorities to ensure continued success.

USER GROUPS

Understanding user groups is essential to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs and motivations. The Bid Team and Client are primary user profiles, detailing their descriptions, behaviors, needs, and motivations. These insights help ensure the project aligns with users’ expectations for seamless collaboration, intuitive interface, and innovative solutions.

Visual Storytelling

Visual storytelling is key in modern marketing, but today’s fast-paced market demands more engaging content. With Prezi’s zoom navigation and “slideless” design, we reimagined presentations to be dynamic, interconnected, and non-linear, capturing attention more effectively.

CO-Branding

We combined colors from IBM and CCEP’s design languages and used a shared isometric line illustration style. This simple yet impactful approach conveys precision, honesty, and authority while enabling richer narratives and concepts.

Illustrations

We crafted a complete illustrative storyline with seven sections, tracing the journey of a bottle from the factory to the consumer’s hands.

We designed the Prezi backdrop using detailed illustrations to represent the high-level journey. Each topic was accompanied by a navigation button, allowing the presenter to seamlessly dive deeper into specific sections, enhancing clarity and engagement.

Through the CCEP project, I learned the value of integrating visual storytelling with strategic design to communicate complex processes effectively. It enhanced my skills in collaboration, adaptability, and delivering creative solutions that balance innovation with clarity, all while aligning with multiple brand guidelines.
